Returns & Exchanges
At Market Lane Coffee, we strive to ensure every brew is exceptional; if you are unsatisfied with your coffee or equipment, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to food safety regulations, roasted coffee beans must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the unused items or unopened coffee bags securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship Items
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized postal service location.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
