How often do you roast your coffee beans?

We roast in small batches at our Prahran Market roastery five days a week to ensure that every bag you receive is as fresh and flavorful as possible.

When will my coffee order be shipped?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your coffee is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions where you can choose your favorite beans and delivery frequency. Subscribers also receive a discount on every recurring order.

Can I have my coffee ground for a specific brewing method?

Absolutely. You can select your preferred grind size—from espresso to French press—on the product page, or choose 'Whole Beans' if you prefer to grind at home.

What is your return policy for food products?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us so we can make it right.
